Fitness, beauty, and health are interrelated which is most of the practioners surely will never skip these elements in a daily routine in order to keep their body fit.

A lot of effort I've made include practicing the art of Yoga and doing Cardiovascular exercises in order to get fit like celebrity and very famous model name Amber Chia.

For the beginning stage, I only comfirtable with very limited poses where in Yoga exercise the flexibility of muscles are need to be taken into consideration because if we force our body into a pose which is uncomfirtable it might turns to serious injury to our muscles.

A lot of beautiful poses I learn from Yoga exercise videos that I watched on Youtube channel, research on Google search engine, other social media such as Instagram. The poses that I most practice are bow pose, puppy dog pose, pelvic tilt pose, cat scretch pose, and so on.

The most tiring part is when I just start to learn a lot of basic Yoga poses which in this stage I need to repeat one single pose again and again in order to make my move very fluent and smooth.

At the beginning of Yoga learning and practicing sessions our body energy will be normallize with these muscles flexibility exercises and this Yoga exercise will be not complete if we didn't have the basic accessory especially Yoga mat.
